We ship internationally from China after your inquiry is confirmed. Transit times and carriers vary by destination; you will receive a tracking number when the parcel leaves. Import duties or taxes, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
Lead time
Many items ship within a few business days of payment confirmation. Hand-finished or made-to-order kits may need additional time—we will note this in our reply.
Returns
Because incense is a scented consumable, unopened items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused. Contact us before sending anything back. Shipping costs for returns are typically paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
